Crowstep Projects is a new, independent curatorial platform based in Washington, D.C. Committed to bringing together artists and audiences across philosophical, political, and cultural backgrounds, we develop exhibitions and programs that create a forum for seeing and imagining the world from the perspective of others.

Crowstep showcases art, architecture, and design from the past and present. We collaborate with artists working locally, nationally, and internationally, including those working outside major metropolitan art centers. Our program highlights both emerging and established artists whose work engages deeply with materials, processes, and ideas. 

Founded on the conviction that the experience of looking carefully at and talking about art can foster habits of thought that carry into public life, Crowstep curates shows that invite sustained reflection and dialogue.
